Bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area (seats 6). Sitting room (seats 5) with balcony.

Oil central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TVs with basic Sky, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot on request. Ample off road parking. Shared lawned garden to front with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Whilst this property is pet free, there is a dog living with the owner next door. Note: Max. 11 people, including infants.
